I purchase a $ 900 Polo T Shirt. The color fade with the 3 months. Products are cheaply made from cheap materials and as for the service disgusting. That will be my last purchase from them. Same Polo T Shirt Walmart for $30.00
Do NOT buy anything from Louis Vuitton online as I ordered a belt in March & I am still waiting for it !!!!

On Saturday May 29, 2021 I went to the Louis Vuitton store in Northbrook, IL. After waiting outside the store for 40 minutes, we were escorted in by our Client Advisor Kanwal Memon. We were there with my granddaughter who had just graduated from college and wanted to purchase an LV for her. After describing in very clear detail the particular purse we were interested in the Advisor went to look for that purse and for some others that we requested to be similar. After waiting about 15 mins for her to return she came back with a black LV, no other purses however. We told her again what we wanted and she went to the back and came back and said they had nothing in the store in that particular item. We continued to chat with her, and it was apparent she was not clear on what we wanted. After again describing the bag we wanted she returned to the stock room only to say that they didn't have that bag but we could look on her IPad and scroll around and see if there was anything there we wanted. It was strange because she kept saying their stock was depleted due to Mother's Day. Mother's Day was several weeks before, but she must have said that at least three or four times. My grandaughter, my daughter and I all had the same impression, that she did not want to go to the stock room, even though we asked her to bring out some other bags that might be similar or something different that my granddaughter would like. Same response, then she told us she would talk to her supervisor. She then went to the stock room again and brought out a bag that was quite similar to the one my granddaughter wanted but was the wrong color. Once more she referred us to looking on line. We drove there from Wisconsin because we wanted to actually see, feel, and touch some bags. If we wanted to look at her IPad we felt we could have done that from home. Frustration set in. While we were standing with the rep trying to decide our next move, the Advisor's manager came over holding the exact bag we had asked for in the beginning but were told they did not have. By now, I would say we had been in the store over an hour
and wondered how was it that the supervisor had found it. We did purchase that bag but then I happened to see a wallet in the case that I was interested in. I debated it for maybe ten minutes or so then decided to buy it. I asked the rep if she another one that I could compare it to but she said no because of Mother's Day that was the only one they had. Now, she never bothered to go check their stock. By this time we were all feeling frustrated with the Advisor so I told her I would take it. She went to ring it up. I was looking in the case, at the other end and what do I see? The same wallet. Later on, we all decided that this was definitely a case of either the Advisor not being familiar with the stock, or lacking the right training, or not wanting to bother checking the stock. We (my daughter and I) have shopped at this store before and made purchases there. I wanted this shopping trip to be really special for my granddaughter and had promised her since she was a Freshman in college that if she graduated I would buy her a Louis Vuitton. Overall, it was not a nice smooth purchase. Every time the Advisor repeated that they did not have the stock or pulled out her IPad, my granddaughter was looking more and more disappointed. In the end, she did walk out of the store with the bag she wanted, not due to our Advisor, but thanks to the manager. These are not small purchases and this is the store we go to for our Louis Vuittons. My name is Jean Gniewek and my daughter's name is Kelly Ruffolo, husband John Ruffolo. If you check you will see that we have made purchases at your store before. We even wondered if the Advisor felt we were not serious about buying. Obviously at the very least she needed some more training.
What really makes this sad is I love LV products but their customer service is THE WORST. I have wondered if they simply believe their brand has so much status and is so desirable that they don’t need to care about good customer service. What is crazy is that a brand can be at this price point and yet not have the superior service to match their brand and reputation. At a time where companies like Amazon are knocking customer experience out of the park, it can make it hard to justify anything less. I’ve struggled with my love for this brand b/c they don’t seem to love their customers back. Someone needs to remind them that no one is too big to fail. Just ask Blockbuster. Enron. Rome.
I never bought online but always in store when we abroad and always great service

They don't deserve any stars. Customer service lady i spoke to this morning was rude and didn't help me. I want my refund or send me a new card holder. I honestly dont care about your investigation with UPS i didn't recieve my item.
The maskholes at LV Northpark in Dallas, Texas are next level facist. I am sitting there about to drop some serious money. Sitting down watching a video minding my own business. My mask is below my nose because it fogs my glasses. No one is anywhere near and they send people out of the back to harass me out of the store. Second time it happened. I should have never given the maskholes a second chance but it was special occasion. F Dallas and F Louis Vuitton Northpark.

Purchased handbag for my fiancé, (store Knokke) beautifully finished and friendly service in the store.
My order was supposed to be delivered before Christmas but did not arrive until early January with numerous emails/text and WhatsApp messages with hardly any response also chased with phone calls only to be told on the 31st Jan my order was sent back to warehouse with order delivered on status. When I finally receive my order the LV box the handbag was in was very badly damaged and now I am still waiting for the new replacement box to be delivered. Never again will I be ordering from LV awful service from a high end company. Shambles

We’d purchased a gift for my son back in November, it disappeared once arriving at the uk depot, the customer service team worked hard and managed to procure one, in one of their stores, allowing us to collect it and have it in time for Christmas ~ so I would personally like to thank Richard for all his hard work ~ Thank you Richard ????????????????????????
I placed an order with a Louis Vuttion representative on 11/21/2020. I placed my order with him on the phone using PayPal. His name is Bastion at
1-866-884-8866 ex 49010323. He lied to me several times. He said NOT TO USE PAYPAL AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER. EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE THE OPTION TO PLACE YOUR ORDER ON PAYPAL. HE SAID PAYPAL IS UNRELIABLE.
I WAS CHARGED 2x FOR EACH ITEM I ORDERED AND 3X FOR ANOTHER ORDER.
HE SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF ALL THE DOUBLE AND TRIPLE CHARGES AND CALL ME BACK TODAY 11/23/20. NEEDLESS TO SAY HER DID NOT. I CALLED HIM. I WAS PLACED ON HOLD FOR 48 MINUTES WAITING FOR HIM TO PICK UP. HE NEVER DID. I WAS DISCONNECTED. I CALLED BACK AND SPENT ANOTHER 1 1/2 WAITING FOR A SUPERVISOR WHO BASICALLY BLAMED ME FOR EVERYTHING. THEY TOOK $15,000 FROM ME AND I HAVE NO PRODUCT NOR WAS THE SUPERVISOR JALISA VERY NICE TO ME LEY ALONE ACCOMMODATING TO ME FOR ALL THE MONEY THEY TOOK FROM ME. STILL NO RESOLUTION. Absolute dire buying experience. Great products, I'm sure, but the process of purchasing online/over the phone feels like dealing with a dodgy family outfit back in the 90s. Once payment made, spurious emails/calls alleging they overestimated stock and will have to find it from somewhere. Two weeks go by - customer service cannot get an answer from their warehouse whether the item has been found, or shipped. A postage label gets printed, but never collected, because the item either isn't ready or the warehouse didn't use the label or...a further three calls and apparently they've used a different shipping company! The order support people genuinely don't know what is going on in other parts of the business, nor do they have the capacity to chase down an order with the warehouse! Absolute joke of a company.
